Zoom Recordings

I provide a complimentary service of Zoom recordings for your convenience. However, it's important to note that Zoom's software updates, glitches, and cloud issues have occasionally made the platform unreliable and unpredictable. As a result, there have been instances where recordings were unfortunately lost. Please understand that this is beyond my control.

I make every effort to ensure a smooth recording of your session via Zoom, and I will promptly send you a link to download and save your recording. It is crucial that you download this link within 24 hours. Due to the high volume of readings I conduct, I am unable to keep recordings on the server for more than 7 days, as it would require an extensive storage capacity. Therefore, recordings are automatically deleted after this period.

Considering the inconsistencies associated with Zoom and the possibility of clients not downloading their recordings promptly, I cannot be held responsible for providing the recording of your session. The primary service you paid for is the actual reading itself, not the recording. This is similar to seeing a therapist, as they cannot be held responsible for your memory retention of their words. To ensure you have all the necessary information, I recommend taking notes during your session, or alternatively, you are welcome to record the reading using your own device, such as an iPad or smartphone. Generally, you will remember the most significant aspects of your reading that are relevant to your current circumstances, but you may occasionally forget some of the more mundane details covered in your 12-month reading spreads. It's important to keep in mind that my readings encompass a wide range of areas in your life, which can make it challenging to remember everything by memory alone.

In conclusion, I kindly advise you to take notes during your session. Additionally, when you receive the recording link, please ensure to download and save it to your files. If you are an Apple user, saving it from your email should be straightforward. If the download link is sent via text, which is a popular choice for many clients, you can easily email it to yourself and save it to your files. Android users will likely find the process even more user-friendly.

Ultimately, please understand that while the recording is a complimentary service I offer, its reliability is dependent on technology, and I cannot be held responsible for any loss of files or failure on your part to save the recording.
